• Must have worked on recruitment cycle.
• Create JD, sourcing profiles, screening and co-ordination with client is must.
• Excellent in using job portals like naukri, monster, times-job.
• Must be good sourcing profiles from linkedin, facebook and some other social sites.
• Knowledge on using social networking website like linked-in.
• Head Hunting a right candidate for the open demand of clients.
