Minimum 2-3 years of experience with or an understanding of
– Windows XP/7/8 Operating Systems
– Active Directory
– Exchange Server
– Networking principles
– IPT and VOIP phone systems (optional)
– working with remote support tools
– using ticket management systems such as Altiris Service Desk
– Desktop applications such as Adobe Reader, Microsoft Office etc.
