JOB DESCRIPTION:
*Hands-on experience on product development and familiar with product development life cycle
*Display a high degree of inquisitiveness and an eagerness to learn at a detailed and abstract level.
*Highly self-motivated with a sound functional understanding to understand business requirements and translate it into an architecture model
*Should be able to write complex stored procedures & functions
*Strong development skills in .NET Framework, ASP.NET, ADO.NET.
*Development skills in writing Stored Procedures in SQL Server database.
*Thorough understanding of Web concepts, threading and http pipeline
*Understanding of IIS and SQL server management and SQL locking principles.
*Performance tuning of SQL queries.
*Take responsibility of junior developers and mentor them.
*Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies is an added advantage.
*Strong web application development skills in ASP.NET/ C#
*Strong SQL server development skills (stored procedures, concurrent query handling, transactions and locking)
*Strong in HTML, CSS and JavaScript
*Exposure to distributed application development,
*Exposure to SQL linked server configuration
*Work closely with Project Managers and other members of the development team and willingness to mentor juniors as needed
*Ability to learn new concepts and implement them quickly
