Position: Regional Sales Manager
Exp: 10+ Years
Location: Bangalore/ Delhi/ Ahmedabad
Responsibilities:
Responsible for sales expectation & channel partner development in India:
o Executing the complete sales cycle, from generating sales/channel leads, qualifying, till negotiating and closing.
o Recruit distributors/channels within the assigned territory and create major growth in distributor/channels sales.
o Managing the distribution & channel network
o Promote and specify Our products to current customers as well as prospective customers within assigned territory .
o Managing large accounts and verticals such as financial institutes, governmental offices, Transportation and energy companies etc.
o Create demand for Our products by identifying high potential opportunities.
o Establish and grow Our preference with channel and system integration partners.
o Meeting sales targets.
Responsibility for profit, revenue, cash and quality & quantity targets.
Creating and responsible for annual budgets and producing a detailed annual business operating plan.
Produce business performance reports, which could be on a monthly & quarterly basis.
Knowledge, skills & ability required
The ideal candidate must come from the IT infrastructure segment, more specifically:
structured cabling business. Deep knowledge & selling experience in the structured cabling technology, Data Centres solutions and full understanding of the business environment & market.
10 – 15 years of experience in leading and implementing sales initiatives, programs, incentive plans, and promotions. Experience with leading cabling OEMs will be an advantage,
A business leader: To lead and manage customers and partners and business activity.
Massive Experience in recruiting partners and penetrating accounts within these market segments.
10 – 15 year of experience at calling on multiple types of customers, at all levels of management, including distributors, end users, consultants, systems integrators, and contractors.
10 – 15 years of experience in executing multi-channel strategies for diverse products, services and markets. Can discuss the benefits, risks, and considerations for several sales channels.
Relevant Academic educational background (with supported documents), experience and technical qualifications. A solid understanding of Networking, topologies, Data Centers and cabling technology environments, budgeting and financial planning is essential.
