To qualify, candidates must have:
- A bachelor’s degree and approximately 8 years of related work experience; or a graduate degree and approximately 4-6 years of related work experience in Big4 consulting or Tier 1 or Tier2 Consulting firms
- A degree in business, computer science, information systems, engineering, or a related discipline
- Extensive experience working as an IT Service Management or IT adviser for a professional services firm, or within industry
- Hand on implementation, early life support and CSI experience in having applied relevant technical knowledge in the following engagements:
- IT Service Management Strategy
- ITSM (ITIL/ ISO 20000) Framework Development
- ITSM Implementation
- IT Service Management Tool Enablement
- Engagement Delivery experience of 10+ ISO20000 and/or ITIL end to end implementation till CSI.
- Strong project management skills
- Advanced written and verbal communication skills and presentation skills
- Excellent leadership, teamwork and client service skills
- Demonstrated integrity within a professional environment
