Position: Business Analyst
Experience: 3 to 5 Yrs

Job description –
Good at multitasking, manages multiple projects workload.
Under general direction, works closely with customers to identify user’s business requirements.
Interprets complex business needs and translates them into system requirements.
Includes analysis of business and user needs, documentation of requirements, and translation of
Proper system requirement specifications.
Does analysis on the functional problems reported and create bug trackers for prioritization.
Provides support to Quality Assurance and Software Development teams.
Knowledge of Agile Methodology
Responsible for incorporating requirements into Developer level user stories (Agile methodology).
Assist in the development of acceptance criteria working with the QA team.
Provides assistance in identifying, evaluating and developing cost effective systems and procedures that meet the requirements of the end user.
Provide consultation to users in the area of represented systems.
Experience – At least 3 years as a Business Analyst
Domain experience – Any but preferably from either of Banking, Insurance or Asset Management.
Skills Must Require –
Ability to independently co-ordinate and communicate with various personnel to gather information on functional and technical aspects.
Understanding of Microsoft Technologies .NET, ASP.NET, SharePoint, CRM, etc. Understanding is to the level of what these technologies are and their use and capabilities for business solutions.
Comfortable travelling through Mumbai as and when required.
Ability to independently research and derive information.
Smart and good communication and presentation skills.
