Job Summary
- Drive the recruiting strategy for the company, while bringing a high level of clarity surrounding hiring plans and metrics
- Drive automation within the team so that each stage of hiring from sourcing to onboarding can be tracked on systems rather than people dependent
- Ensure all the documentation with respect to HRIS & Background verification is accurately updated
- Publish engaging employee newsletters and create opportunities for cross functional team interaction
- Communicate and reiterate company policies at regular intervals to all employees
- Create visibility on Social Media Channels about the Company Policy & Culture to become an Employer of Choice in the local market
- Manage the Corporate Website by keeping it updated with latest open positions and create engaging content on the website
- Advice and assist Line Managers to implement the performance assessment program and in providing constructive employee feedback
- Develop solutions which enable successful retention strategies and solve capability gaps using internal/ external levers including development, resourcing, and training
- Collaborate with Global HR Teams to showcase deliverables achieved by India team. Red flag any issues impacting the day-to-day work of India Employees
- Co-ordinate to provide accurate inputs for payroll processing and adhere to deadlines
- Coordinate with external vendors for PF/ESIC and other compliance as required by the Companies Act
- Maintain a healthy work environment for employees
- Responsible for Vendor management including expense budgeting
- Provide support and guidance to members of the HR & Facility team in their day-to-day operational roles

Qualifications
- 20+ years of experience in all aspects of Human Resources Management and Organization Development
- Prior experience in leading a team of at least 5 HR professionals (Minimum 8 years of managerial experience)
- PGDM/MBA/Doctorate specializing in Human Resources Management
- Prior experience with ITES companies is desirable
- Stability in previous job, minimum 3 years in the last profile
Working Hours
**Mon to Fri: 9.30 am to 6.30pm
Saturday: 9.30 am to 6.30pm (one full Saturday working)
May be required to work in Afternoon shift (2pm to 10pm) 2 days a month to have HR visibility for Night Shift employees
