B.E./B.C.A/M.C.A/Any other graduation stream
Responsibilities
Design and build advanced mobile applications for the Android platform.
You will be maintaining and extending mobile Android application with new features and design changes to continuously improve the user experience
You will be working with RESTful APIs to connect Android applications to back-end services
Reusable library development by following coding standards and design patterns
Required Skills
Should have published one or more Android apps on the Play store
Working knowledge of the general mobile landscape, architectures, trends, and emerging technologies
Extensive understanding of the full mobile development life cycle Experience with SQLITE, JSON Parsing and Web Services
Strong knowledge of Android SDK, different versions of Android, and how to deal with different screen sizes
Must have experience on Android Sensor API
Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect Android applications to back-end services
Strong knowledge of Android UI design principles, patterns, and best practices
Experience with offline storage, threading, and performance tuning
Ability to design applications around natural user interfaces, such as touch
Familiarity with use of additional sensors, such as gyroscopes and accelerometers
Familiarity with open-source Android ecosystem and the libraries available for common tasks
A knack for benchmarking and optimization
Understanding of Googles Android design principles and interface guidelines
Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git
Should possess good analytical and communication skills. Able to write and communicate effectively
Motivated to work in startup environment
