Job Title: Tech Lead (Full time)
Location: Goregaon (w), Mumbai
An exciting and unique opportunity for the post of the senior technical lead with exposure
to architecting and developing applications on the Microsoft platform
Requirements
Minimum 8 years of experience, including 2 to 3 years as a technical lead
Exposure to various design patterns and system architecture
Excellent analytical skills
Excellent organization and planning skills
Ability to assist in developing multiple projects
Attention to detail
Hands-on programming (.NET, C#, SQL) experience
Relevant experience in implementing state-of-the-art architecture and database design
People management skills
Key Responsibilities
Database design and application architecture
Change management and impact analysis
Release management (configuring IIS, database etc.)
Collaborating with respective stakeholders and relevant project documentation
Complete project ownership–from design to launch
Managing a team of 5 to 8 engineers
Progress reports reviews with the senior management
Implementing best practices
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
