We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruiter to join our team in Bahrain. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in recruiting for the Oil & Gas industry and will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, from identifying talent needs to onboarding new hires. This role demands a deep understanding of the industry, exceptional interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition:
– Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the Oil & Gas industry.
– Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
Candidate Screening:
– Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications, skills, and fit for specific roles.
– Utilize various interviewing techniques and tools to ensure a rigorous selection process.
Stakeholder Management:
– Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide regular updates on recruitment progress.
– Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Job Posting and Advertising:
– Write and post clear, attractive job descriptions on various platforms.
– Ensure job advertisements are compliant with relevant regulations and company policies.
Database Management:
– Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) and other recruitment databases.
– Ensure accurate record-keeping and data integrity.
Onboarding:
– Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
– Coordinate with HR and other departments to complete necessary documentation and orientation.
Market Intelligence:
– Stay updated on the latest industry trends, salary benchmarks, and recruitment best practices.
– Provide market insights and recommendations to improve recruitment processes and strategies.
Compliance:
– Ensure all recruitment activities comply with local labor laws and company policies.
– Handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
Qualifications:
– Education: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
– Experience: Minimum of 5 years of recruitment experience in the Oil & Gas industry, preferably within the Gulf region.
Skills:
– Strong understanding of the Oil & Gas industry and its recruitment landscape.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
– Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software.
– Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Attributes:
– Previous experience recruiting for roles in Bahrain or the Gulf region.
– Certification in HR or Recruitment (e.g., SHRM, CIPD).
– Bilingual proficiency (Arabic and English).
